Del has a BA Hons Degree in Childhood and Youth studies.
Del has been in childcare for 11 years and part of management for 9 years. Del joined Peter pan in September 2019.

Sally has an NVQ level 4 in Children's Care, Learning and Development and has a Degree in Leadership and Management.
Sally joined PeterPan in 2009.
